Plaintiff, Richard Breaux, appeals the granting of summary judgment in favor of defendants, Fresh Start Properties, LLC ("Fresh Start") and State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., dismissing his suit for personal injuries allegedly sustained while he was working as an electrician on Fresh Start's property. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
