In this criminal case, Defendant appeals his conviction and fifteen-year sentence for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. We find that the evidence was insufficient to prove Defendant possessed the specific intent to distribute methamphetamine; however we do find Defendant guilty of possession of methamphetamine. Therefore, we find Defendant guilty of possession of methamphetamine, and remand the case to the trial court for sentencing...
