Defendant, Kenneth W. Proctor, was convicted of possession of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(C). He now appeals his adjudication as a fourth felony offender, arguing that the State failed to prove one of the predicate convictions. He also argues that his multiple offender sentence is excessive.
