This is an appeal by the plaintiff/appellant, Lenai Boye ("Ms. Boye"), from the trial court's judgment granting a motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant/appellee, Daiquiris & Creams No. 3, Inc. ("Daiquiris"), which also dismissed Ms. Boye's action with prejudice. For reasons that follow, we reverse the grant of summary judgment, and we remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
