The children of the original plaintiff in this case, Ferris Bonnet, appeal the judgment in favor of the defendants, the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Department and Michael J. Neustrom, in his capacity as Sheriff (collectively LPSD), finding them not liable for Bonnet's injuries during his incarceration. For the following reasons, we affirm.
