The defendant, Shelvin Garner, pled guilty to one count of distribution of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(A). He was sentenced to 20 years at hard labor. We affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
