Defendant, Rondricus Smith, pled guilty to possession of a Schedule II CDS, cocaine, with the intent to distribute, in violation of La. R.S. 40:967. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he was sentenced to serve five years' imprisonment at hard labor, three years suspended, with five years' active supervised probation upon release.
