Bernie Gene Young was convicted by a jury of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, fourth offense, a violation of La.R.S. 14:98. He was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment, with seventy-five days without the benefit of parole, probation, and suspension of sentence, and was ordered to pay a fine of five thousand dollars. His motion to reconsider the sentence was denied.
