The defendants, Landscape Management Services and its insurer, Bridgefield Casualty Insurance Company, appeal the judgment of the workers' compensation judge (WCJ) in favor of the plaintiff, James Sharp, retroactively reinstating his temporary total disability benefits and awarding him penalties and attorney fees. For the following reasons, we affirm the award of penalties and attorney fees, but reverse the award of temporary total disability benefits...
