After the plaintiff fell on a public bus, she filed suit against the city-parish government, alleging that she fell as a result of the bus driver's negligence and that she injured her knees as a result of the fall. After a trial, the trial court entered judgment in favor of the defendant, finding it rebutted any presumption of negligence that arose under the common carrier law. The plaintiff appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
