The plaintiff, Ed Geaslin, appeals the jury's verdict in favor of the defendant, PNK, d/b/a L'Auberge Du Lac Hotel and Casino. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
