On January 28, 2010, the Defendant, Jeffery Neal DeVille, was charged by bill of information with two counts of vehicular homicide, violations of La.R.S. 14:32.1. The Defendant entered a plea of guilty to the charges on July 20, 2010, and was sentenced to thirty years at hard labor on each count, the sentences to run concurrently to each other and consecutively to the sentence he was already serving.
