In this criminal appeal, the defendant, Tedrick Williams, appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine. The only issue presented is whether the district court erred in denying Mr. Williams' motion to suppress the evidence. Answering that question in the affirmative, we reverse and remand.
