In this medical malpractice case, the plaintiff, Angele D. Marroy, individually and as the administrator of the estate of her minor child, Collin Andrew Marroy, appeals from the judgments of the trial court following a jury verdict that rejected her claim against the defendant, Peter H. Hertzak, M.D., and denied her motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) or alternatively for a new trial.
