The defendant, Wendell Wesley, was charged by grand jury indictment with one count of second degree murder, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30.1, and pled not guilty. Prior to trial, he moved to suppress his second tape-recorded interview. Following a hearing, the trial court denied the motion to suppress, and the defendant applied to this court for supervisory relief concerning the ruling, but the writ application was denied. State v.
