At issue in this appeal is whether markers representing credit extended by the defendants, Eldorado Casino Shreveport Joint Venture, Eldorado Shreveport No. 1, and Eldorado Shreveport No. 2 (referred to collectively as "Eldorado"), to the plaintiff, Janis Strong ("Strong"), are enforceable. By summary judgment, the trial court concluded that the markers are enforceable and ordered Strong to pay the amount due plus damages, attorney fees, and costs as provided...
