Billy Ray Henry was convicted of theft over $500 in violation of La. R.S. 14:67 and sentenced to four years at hard labor, with the first year to be served without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. The balance of sentence was suspended and Henry was placed on two years' supervised probation with restitution of $1,200. Henry appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm his conviction and amend his sentence to delete the parole prohibition...
