The plaintiffs, Richard Le and Edward Prince (collectively referred to as the "plaintiffs"), were injured by bouncers employed by the defendant, Nitetown, Inc. (Nitetown). The jury found that Nitetown's conduct was intentional in part and negligent in part and awarded damages to both plaintiffs.
