Plaintiffs, Cheryl Denise and Randy Kenly, appeal the judgment of the trial court in favor of Plaintiffs in Intervention, the Union Parish School Board ("School Board") and Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Company ("Stonetrust"), awarding Stonetrust a credit in the amount of $79,389 against any future workers' compensation benefits that may be owed Mrs. Kenly.
