Plaintiff, Tulane University Hospital and Clinic, appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC") granting an exception of prescription in favor of defendants, Lockheed Martin Corporation and its workers' compensation insurer, Ace Property and Casualty Insurance Company. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand.
