The appellant, Ricky Ray, seeks review of his conviction and sentence of manslaughter and obstruction of justice relating to the stabbing death of Benjamin Munn (Mr. Munn). Finding that the district court did not err in its judgment, we affirm the judgment and amend the sentence.
