In this medical malpractice lawsuit, plaintiffs, Katrina Cothran, Joel Amos and Cheryl Scott, individually and on behalf of their father, Joseph Lee Amos, have appealed from a trial court judgment in favor of defendants, sustaining an exception of prescription as to the malpractice claim filed by Joseph Lee Amos prior to his death and granting summary judgment which dismissed their wrongful death claim.
