ORDER

Considering the April 25, 2011 letter submitted to the court by Mark G. Murphey, advising that he wishes to voluntarily withdraw from the practice of law, and construing the letter as a petition for voluntary resignation from the practice of law,

IT IS ORDERED that the petition be and hereby is denied. However, petitioner may re-file his petition pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XVIII, § 5.
