The defendant, Alvin R. Green, appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine, a violation of La.Rev.Stat. 40:967. After review of the record in light of the arguments of the parties and applicable law, we affirm the defendant's conviction and remand the matter back to the trial court for imposition of the mandatory fine.
