This criminal appeal arises from the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. The defendant, Timothy Dewayne Cummings, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, namely cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(A).
