The defendant, Lloyd Bobo, Jr., was convicted of two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance ("CDS"), namely, marijuana and ecstasy, and one count of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II CDS, namely, cocaine. On March 19, 2009, the defendant was adjudicated a third-felony offender and sentenced to serve 25 years' imprisonment at hard labor for each count of possession with intent to distribute...
