The defendant, Terrell J. Suggs, has appealed his conviction of possession of marijuana, second offense, and sentence as a third multiple offender. For the reasons that follow, we affirm defendant's conviction, vacate defendant's multiple offender sentence, and remand to the trial court to correct the commitment on defendant's underlying sentence and for resentencing on defendant's multiple offender adjudication.
