Following a bench trial, John Patrick Payton was awarded $202,101.00 for damages, penalties, expert fees, costs and interest he incurred as a result of an accident in which he was involved while riding his motorcycle insured by Progressive Security Insurance Company. For the following reasons, we amend the judgment, and affirm as amended.
