As part of a plea agreement, the defendant pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) with intent to distribute. The defendant was sentenced to twenty years on each count. The trial court ordered the sentences to run concurrently and to run concurrently with the defendant's sentence in another case.
