Defendant, Michael D. Glaub, was indicted by a Jefferson Parish Grand Jury on March 20, 2008, and charged with second degree murder in violation of LSR.S. 14:30.1. He pled not guilty. On November 18, 2008, defendant proceeded to trial, and a jury found him guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:31, on November 20, 2008.
