Defendants Justin Collins and Marion Taylor were jointly indicted for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Jerome Sparkman. Defendants were found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Defendants timely appeal.

We find that the trial court did not err in allowing the testimony outside the presence of Defendants. We find that the evidence was sufficient...
