This appeal arises from a dispute regarding the actions of an executrix and an attorney for the executrix of a succession. The trial court found that the attorney for the succession charged $24,500 in excessive fees and ordered repayment. The trial court also dismissed a reconventional demand filed by the executrix seeking her commission.
