CARAWAY, J.

After a grand jury indictment charged Sharon Mudd with second degree murder she was convicted of manslaughter in a bench trial. She received a sentence of 22 years at hard labor and was granted an out-of-time appeal which challenges her sentence and conviction. We affirm.
