This matter comes before the court on the recommendation of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana (hereinafter, "Commission"), pursuant to La. Const. art. V, Sect. 25(C), that Justice of the Peace Roger Adams of Ward 7, Parish of Avoyelles, State of Louisiana, be suspended without pay for 180 days, followed by a probation of two years, required to attend the Attorney General's justice of the peace training every year...
