McCLENDON, J.

The defendant, Kevin Paul Benoit, was charged by bill of information with one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile, H.G.,1 a violation of La. R.S. 14:81, and pled not guilty. Following a jury trial, he was found guilty as charged. Thereafter, the State filed a habitual offender bill of information against him, alleging he should be sentenced under LSA-R.S. 15:537 B.
