Plaintiff-Appellant Ronald F. Broussard, Jr. (Broussard) appeals the trial court's judgment rendered in favor of Defendant-Appellee Diamond Aircraft Industries, Inc. (Diamond) sustaining Diamond's declinatory exception for lack of personal jurisdiction. The sole issue before this court is whether the assertion of personal jurisdiction by Louisiana over Diamond meets the requirements of due process.
