Plaintiff, Maxie K. Marenghi, appeals a district court ruling sustaining a peremptory exception of prescription and granting summary judgment in favor of defendants, Dr. Fakhre Fakhre and Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company ("LAMMICO"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
