The plaintiff, Kenneth Lobell, appeals from a judgment of the trial court that granted a declinatory exception of lack of personal jurisdiction filed by defendant, Craig Rosenberg. We also note that the trial court granted a peremptory exception of no cause of action in favor of defendants, Craig Rosenberg, Ricky Rosenberg, Harry Rosenberg, and Carla Rosenberg Waggoner, but the plaintiff did not assign this as an error or discuss the issue...
