The Defendant, Paxton Jules Trahan, was charged with being a principal to the offense of second degree murder. It was alleged that Defendant kicked in the door of his father's bedroom, and Brady Harrington shot and killed Defendant's father, James Trahan. James's body was subsequently burned and dumped in a river. Defendant plead not guilty. A jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged, and he was sentenced to serve life imprisonment...
