This appeal arises from a judgment rendered in favor of Plaintiff/Appellant, 2800 Associates, L.L.C, in part, and in favor of Defendants/Appellants, Eagle Equity Limited Partnership #3 ("Eagle") and Stein Mart, Inc. ("Stein Mart"), in part, from the 24th Judicial District Court, Division "A". For the following reasons, we affirm.
