Defendants/appellants, NPK, L.L.C. ("NPK") and Parish Partners Company, L.L.C. ("PPC"), appeal a judgment in favor of plaintiff/appellee, Pam Solis ("Ms. Solis"), for repairs made to a condominium purchased by Ms. Solis. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
