This is a personal injury action arising out of a rear-end motor vehicle accident. Deborrah Munch, plaintiff, brought this action against the rear-ending motorist, Nicholas Backer, and his insurer, United Services Automobile Association. Liability was stipulated, and a jury trial commenced solely as to damages. For the following reasons, we affirm the jury verdict judgment.
