In this medical malpractice action, plaintiffs, Carmel Knight, Cynthia Knight, and Dwayne Knight,1 appeal from judgments of the trial court dismissing their claims against Raymond Clay Gould, M.D., with prejudice and denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
