Defendant Jackie Green was indicted on two counts of second-degree murder and entered pleas of not guilty. Defendant filed motions to suppress the evidence, confession, and identification. Defendant was found guilty as charged on both counts of second-degree murder, and he was sentenced on both counts to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
