In these consolidated workers' compensation cases, the plaintiff, Steven Eubanks, appeals a judgment dismissing his claim for indemnity and medical benefits arising from injuries he sustained in an October 23, 2007 accident while working for Kepco Operating, Inc. d/b/a Mohawk Well Services (Kepco).
