TTV, L.L.C. (TTV), a Louisiana limited liability company, brought suit against David B. Simmons and Wrightwood Construction, L.L.C. (Wrightwood Construction), another Louisiana limited liability company, to recover certain funds it had paid to the defendants pursuant to a services and construction agreement entered into by the litigants.
