On May 6, 2008, the Defendant, Aaron W. Ardoin, was indicted by a grand jury with aggravated rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:42; indecent behavior with a juvenile, a violation of La.R.S. 14:81(A)(1); and oral sexual battery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:43.3(A)(2).
