The trial court convicted the defendant of one charge of carjacking and one charge of armed robbery with the use of a firearm. For the armed robbery charge, and upon remand from this court, the defendant was sentenced to forty-five years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence with a five-year enhancement for the use of a firearm, to be served without hard labor and without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension...
