The plaintiffs, John D. Jeane, Jr., and Nancy Willis, brought this medical malpractice action against a number of defendants,1 including Dr. Guru P. Ghanta, to recover damages sustained as a result of the death of their son, Thomas Jaroed Jeane. They now appeal a trial court judgment in favor of Dr. Ghanta dismissing their claims. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
