S.T. appeals from a trial court judgment terminating her parental rights to her child, J.T. The State of Louisiana and the Department of Children and Family Services appeal from the portion of the trial court judgment declining to terminate the parental rights of the child's father, J.C. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
